Returns & Refunds Policy – Geardom Oy

At Geardom Oy, we want to make our returns and refunds process clear and transparent. Since many of our products are offered on a pre-order basis, the conditions for refunds and returns differ from regular in-stock purchases.

1. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order items are not in stock at the time of purchase.
  • Delivery is generally within 1–3 months, but this is only an estimate. Delivery times may vary due to supplier schedules, customs procedures, and global logistics.
  • Refunds are not possible before delivery. Once placed, pre-orders are binding.
  • If more than 3 months pass without delivery and you have not agreed to an extension after being informed, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund.

2. Withdrawal After Delivery (14 Days)

When your order has been delivered, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.

  • The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the goods (or when someone you have designated receives them).
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at [email protected] within the 14-day period.
  • After notification, you must return the goods within 14 days.
  • Goods must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, including all labels and accessories.
  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the goods were sent incorrectly.
  • Refunds (including the standard delivery cost you originally paid) will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

3. Conditions and Exceptions

The right to withdraw does not apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized.
  • Sealed goods which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons once opened.

Returned items must be in resalable condition. If the goods have been used more than necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, or functioning, we may reduce the refund accordingly.

4. Delays Beyond 3 Months

If your pre-order has not been delivered within 3 months, and you have not agreed to extend the delivery time after being informed, you may cancel your order. In such a case, you are entitled to a full refund.

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order number, full name, and reason for the request (withdrawal after delivery, cancellation after 3 months, or incorrect delivery).
  2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.
  3. Pack the goods securely and return them within the required time frame.
  4. We will confirm receipt of the goods and process your refund in line with this policy.
